WINGS CENTER INFLATABLE PARTIES

Our inflatable parties are hosted by our Planet Kid staff in the Wings Centers multi-purpose space. This option allows kids to bounce and play in an open floor, accessible space in view of parents and guests. For safety, the maximum number of participants on the inflatable at a time is 12 kids. If you have a group larger than 12, we recommend booking a second inflatable to keep the party moving! Please text 208-984-4222 if you have any questions.

*Every guest will be required to have an E-sign Liability Form completed before participation on the inflatable equipment (LOCATED AT BOTTOM OF PAGE).

Party duration: 2 hours (feel free to use the time however you’d like!). The first hour, kids can jump and play on our large signature Wings bounce house, followed by 1 hour in the party station to enjoy presents, cake, or food. Please enter through the west entrance (around the corner from Wings Gymnastics). We ask that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can check everyone in for the activities. There is an optional discounted play time inside Planet Kid after your party. Mention this to our staff during check out if you would like to add it to your party.

We provide inflatable set-up and break-down, and staff assistance to provide as much or as little help as you need to ensure your party runs smoothly. The space will be set up with a table top for food, cake, and gifts as well as picnic style seating for your party guests.

Optional Add-Ons: Choose any of our party add-ons ranging from all-inclusive decorations, a balloon garland to accompany your own decorations, a photobooth backdrop, or a custom chocolate breakable heart for birthday kid. Our custom decorated parties will leave you stress free as we handle filling the party station with decorations and supplies for your party and the clean up as well! (See seperate booking below.)

Parents provide any party decorations, food, and any additional drink items if needed (no alcohol allowed).
Adults and non-party participants are not allowed on inflatable equipment without signing a consent form.

NOTE: Parties are located in Wings’ multi-purpose space. Please instruct your guests to enter through the west entrance of the Wings building (to the right of Gymnastics). We recommend all participants arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in as to not cut into your play time.

These parties do not include food but you are welcome to bring any food you’d like. We do not allow cooking devices in the party lofts due to hazards and safety of our guests.

$265 for up to 12 kids

$12 for each additional child

$4 discounted All-Day Planet Kid admission for extra play time for each guest.

*Please provide us with the total number of participants to ensure the proper number of staff are available.

*A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. Your deposit will go toward your final total, which will be calculated on the day of your party and will reflect your total number of invited guests as well as any add-ons you have selected.

*Unpaid parties at the end of the day will be charged the amount of party with a 15% gratuity.

*This is a fully private and accessible space.

PARTY BOOKING ADD ON OPTIONS

ALL ADD-ONS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SELECT IN THE BOOKING LINK BELOW - PLEASE NOTE THESE OPTIONS ARE AN ADDITION TO YOUR INFLATABLE PARTY PRICE OF $265.

1. ADD-ON: Two-Story Bounce Castle with Slide $150 Add a second inflatable for even more fun! Our two-story castle is challenging, exciting, and complete with a slide.

2. ADD-ON: Baby Bounce $75 Add a second, smaller inflatable for smaller bouncing friends. No scary heights or closed spaces, just wide open fun. A great option for those who want some additional space for younger participants.

3. Custom Decorated Party Station: $295 Just like a Planet Kid party but less stuff to bring with you! If decorating isn’t your thing or you just want to have more time to sit back and relax, we’ve got you covered! We provide a custom 12 foot balloon garland to fill your station, photo booth backdrop, decorations, table settings, iced water and a bottomless beverage dispenser. Our in house party planner will coordinate the details for your party decor.

Onsite staff may not be able to answer specific questions, so please submit them here! All Parties and events are handled directly through our in-house event coordinator. Inquiries are answered Wednesday-Monday 10am to 4pm in the order they are received.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • All party options require a non-refundable reservation deposit that will be applied toward party cost. Total is collected at the end of your party after an official attendee head count.

  • We do not allow walk-in parties. All parties must be scheduled through us to ensure quality and a reserved party space.

  • Our multi-purpose space is a private, open-concept space, giving you a little more flexibility. This space has a maximum occupancy of 50 people.

  • You are welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to reservation time for decorating purposes.

  • Please enter through the west entrance, located to the right of Wings Center gymnastics.

  • Staff will collect final payment at the end of your party time. This ensures we get an accurate count of party participants.

  • Those who have not signed a waiver are not allowed on inflatable equipment at any time.

  • If you are booking a Wings Inflatable Party please send your guests a link to the liability release ahead of time to get the party started!
