WINGS CENTER GYMNASTICS PARTIES

Our Gymnastics parties are hosted by our professional gymnastics coaches from Wings Centers gym. They will take your party through courses that will include bouncing, rolling, balancing, pushing & pulling. Younger children will have a blast on our pint-size equipment and our full-size equipment is perfect to challenge the older kids. Maximum number of participants is 10 kids. If you have a group larger than 10, we offer tiered pricing to account for additional gymnastics coaches so that everyone stays safe, organized, and having a great time! (Please select the correct number of additional kids as an add-on when booking for an accurate price estimate.)

*Every guest will be required to have an E-sign Liability Form completed before participation in the Gym.

Party duration: 2 hours (1 hour of gymnastics-led activities in the gym, 2 hours in our upstairs party loft.) There is an optional discounted play time inside Planet Kid after your party. Mention this to our staff during check out if you would like to add it to your party.

We provide staff-led activities for your kids and staff assistance to provide as much or as little help as you need to ensure your party runs smoothly. 2 hours in our private party space including 1 hour of gymnastics coach-led activities that are tailored to suit children’s ages/abilities. Our staff is always hands on to help with anything you need to make your party great. Our party loft is a shared space divided by half walls. We have tables that seat around 16-20 kids and bench seating in space with a maximum occupancy of 30 people. If your total guest count is over 30 you will need to book a second loft space. The loft is only accessible via stairs but we are able to make other accommodations if needed. Just let us know!

Optional Add-Ons: Choose any of our party add-ons ranging from all-inclusive decorations, a couple of balloon garlands to accompany your own decorations or a custom chocolate breakable heart for birthday kid. Our all inclusive parties will leave you stress free as we handle filling the party station with decorations and supplies for your party and the clean up as well! (See seperate booking below.)

Parents provide any party decorations, food, and any additional drink items if needed (no alcohol allowed). Parents take over for the last hour of scheduled party time.
Adults and non-party participants are not allowed on gym equipment.

NOTE: Parties are located in Planet Kid’s party loft. Please instruct your guests to enter through Planet Kid. We recommend all participants arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in as to not cut into your gymnastics time with the coaches.

These parties do not include food but you are welcome to bring food into your station. We do not allow cooking devices in the party lofts due to hazards and safety of our guests.

Pricing Tiers:

$315 for up to 10 kids

$415 for 11-20 kids

$515 for 21-30 kids

$4 discounted All-Day Planet Kid admission for extra play time for each guest.

*Please provide us with the total number of participants to ensure safety with the Coach:Kid ratio.

*A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. Your deposit will go toward your final total, which will be calculated on the day of your party and will reflect your total number of invited guests as well as any add-ons you have selected.

*Unpaid parties at the end of the day will be charged the amount of party with a 15% gratuity.

*Gymnastics parties are located in a private space.

1. Custom Decorated Party Station: $295 Just like a Planet Kid party but less stuff to bring with you! If decorating isn’t your thing or you just want to have more time to sit back and relax, we’ve got you covered! We provide a custom 12 foot balloon garland to fill your station, photo booth backdrop, decorations, table settings, iced water and a bottomless beverage dispenser. Our in house party planner will coordinate the details for your party decor.

3. Photo Booth Backdrop: $165 A singe arched backdrop with balloons and accents customized to match your theme.

4. XL Photo Booth Backdrop: $195 Our three panel backdrop with a custom balloon arch and accents to match your theme.

6. Bottomless beverage + water dispenser: $15

Onsite staff may not be able to answer specific questions, so please submit them here! All Parties and events are handled directly through our in-house event coordinator. Inquiries are answered Wednesday-Monday 10am to 4pm in the order they are received.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • All party options require a non-refundable reservation deposit that will be applied toward party cost. Total is collected at the end of your party after an official attendee head count.

  • We do not allow walk-in parties. All parties must be scheduled through us to ensure quality and a reserved party space.

  • Our gym loft is a private, open-concept space, giving you a little more flexibility. The loft is only accessible via stairs but we are able to make other accommodations if needed. Just let us know!

  • You are welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to reservation time for decorating purposes.

  • Please enter through the Planet Kid entrance, located on the SE corner of Wings Center building.

  • Staff will collect final payment at the end of your party time. This ensures we get an accurate count of party participants.

  • Adults and non-party participants are not allowed on gymnastics equipment at any time.

  • If you are booking a Wings Gymnastics Party please send your guests a link to the liability release ahead of time to get the party started!
