ROCK CLIMBING PARTIES

FOR AGES 6 AND OLDER
Oh, a rockin'
we will go... We make having a climbing party simple, and safe, and
FUN! You will need to provide belayers (at least 13 years of age) to
assist the climbers as they make their way up the walls. The more belayers provided, the more the kids get to climb (we recommend at least 1
belayer for every 2 or 3 climbers).
WHAT IS A BELAYER?
Good
question. A
belayer is the climber's partner who stands on the floor and controls the
belay rope. This allows the climber to safely climb and then descend to the
floor. All belayers must have a signed release form (even if they're
not climbing). We will train belayers at the start of the party so
hopefully everyone arrives on-time.
Our staff will provide harnesses and other essential equipment,
and will train belayers and oversee safety.
PARENT HOSTED OPTION
WE PROVIDE:
Gym Staff Member
1 hour 15 minutes in the rock gym
All proper climbing equipment and training
45 minutes upstairs in party area
Tables and chairs
YOU PROVIDE:
Teens or Adults to belay climbers
All party and food items
NO PIÑATAS,
PLEASE

Parents run this party; we provide the space. Your party will
occur in an area where other parties may be taking place at the same time.

All party activities must stay within scheduled times!
- To ensure a
smooth party schedule, climb time is first then the party.

A $40 non-refundable deposit required for booking - we may be
able to book on short notice!
Monday-Thursday Party:

Friday-Sunday Party:
$134 for up to 8 children
$9 for each additional

1/4 sheet cake (white or chocolate)

IMPORTANT!!
All climbers and belayers must present a filled out and signed Wings
Center Release Form. Participants under 18 must have a legal parent or
guardian sign their form. Those without this form will be restricted
to bouldering near the floor only - no exceptions! Please inform
adults who plan on belaying to arrive on-time to receive
training. |
